Sullivan Real Estate was opened in 1982. Both J. Larry Sullivan and Estelle M. Sullivan are the broker-owners of Sullivan Real Estate. We have been brokers for over 25 years and in real estate this entire time. Larry has expertise in groves, industrial properties, commercial properties, and larger acreage. Estelle has expertise in residential, waterfront, commercial, and land sales. Estelle has expanded her education in real estate over the years and is presently a member of RLI (Rural Land Institute) and continues to take RLI classes. No home or property is too large or too small for our office to represent!
